EU PROJECT
On September 1, 2024, the implementation of the project titled “Arhing: Digital Transformation and Innovative Development for Competitiveness”, reference number NPOO.C1.1.1.R6-I1.04-V2.0598, began. The project is co-financed through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) under the Call for Proposals “Transformation and Strengthening the Competitiveness of Cultural and Creative Industries, Group B.”
The project duration is 18 months, i.e. until March 1, 2026.
The project “Arhing: Digital Transformation and Innovative Development for Competitiveness” aims to improve the operations of Studio Arhing through digital transformation and intensive use of information and communication technology (ICT). The project addresses the issue of outdated technology and insufficient adaptation to the digital market, which reduces the company’s competitiveness.
Project activities include the procurement of advanced BIM software tools such as Allplan, Archicad, and SeismoBuild Advanced, as well as employee training for working with these technologies. The implementation of these tools will optimize business processes in the creation, production, distribution, and placement of architectural projects. The project also includes the use of ICT for online service promotion and the enhancement of workplace cybersecurity.
Project activities:
- Activity 1 – Establishment of new and improvement of existing business processes to adapt operations to the single digital market: This activity includes investment in equipping premises where project activities will be carried out, the introduction of new digital services, procurement of licenses and intangible assets to improve business processes, and the engagement of existing staff in implementing these activities.
- Activity 2 – Promotion and visibility:
- This activity includes the creation of promotional materials—printed materials (posters and brochures), development of digital content (website texts, blog posts, social media posts), and organization of events such as workshops for employees to inform them about the project progress and its relevance.
- Activity 3 – Project management
- Activity 4 – Employee training:
- This includes staff training through educational programs aimed at improving and acquiring skills necessary for working with new and improved business processes. A total of 20 employees will be trained through this activity.

The goal is to present new services and projects of Studio Arhing, as well as to network with potential clients and partners. The activity includes renting, setting up, and managing exhibition stands at both fairs.
- Activity 6 – Project proposal preparation
